In a post-apocalyptic future, the world has been devastated by a 50-year war between the Eastern Federation and Europa. The Federation emerges victorious, but the planet is left scarred and polluted. A brilliant scientist, Dr. Azuma, discovers a way to regenerate human tissue using a new type of cell, but his research is met with resistance. When his son Tetsuya is killed in combat, Azuma uses the cells to bring him back to life. However, Tetsuya's resurrection comes with a twist: he now possesses superhuman powers and becomes the last hope for humanity against a new threat - a race of mutants created by Azuma's research. With the fate of humanity at stake, Tetsuya must battle against the mutants and the military forces that seek to control them. Will he be able to save the world from destruction, or will it succumb to the ravages of war and science gone wrong?
