When New Orleans paramedics and long-time best friends Steve and Dennis are called to a series of bizarre and gruesome accidents, they chalk it up to a mysterious new drug found at the scene. Stunningly well written scifi mystery drama, which manages to be both creepy and deeply moving. The third film set in the same universe as Resolution and The Endless.
